It is Aganist Republic Polytechnic's (RP) measure in handling H1N1 Petition. The numbers of students signing is getting more and more .When I signed it was 692 and not within half an hour it raises up to 900 . The figures will get larger and larger.click and enlarge itI think that the contents of the emails are true to a certain extent as RP is a public area where anyone can come in and use the facilities. Everyone or anyone will tend to touch the railings of the stairs or some handles that those affected H1N1student will also been exposed to . And when we are having break time in school, we might also be contact with the virus that the infected students have left behind in areas of the school.Like what the tv shows, students might sneeze on to their hand when they are covering the nose and mouth and the the virus will remain on their hands. They will also use the same hand to touch railings, door handles or even pressing the lift and it is certainly not hygenic.And by just qurantine the Year 1 students , I personally think that it is not quite fair to the rest of the year 2 and year 3 students. Beside we all are in the same schoo and same area.
